Training & Readiness

Yes. Jackpot provides structured training designed to prepare professionals for both tax preparation and operating within the Jackpot organization.

Training may include tax law, forms and schedules, ethics and compliance, due diligence, systems, software, workflows, client management, and professional development.

Jackpot uses a combination of self-paced learning and live training.

Self-paced resources allow professionals to work through assigned material on their own schedule, while live sessions provide additional instruction, implementation support, and opportunities to ask questions.

Training schedules are announced for each recruiting and tax season.

Enrolled professionals receive current dates, registration information, and access instructions during onboarding.

Jackpot expects team members to complete required training and remain current on company processes, compliance standards, and tax preparation requirements.

Specific training obligations are provided during onboarding and may vary by role.

Jackpot may make marketing resources, referrals, or lead opportunities available to eligible team members.

However, leads and clients are not guaranteed. Professionals should expect to actively market, build relationships, and develop their own client base.

Jackpot maintains quality-control and review procedures for returns prepared within the organization.

Return transmission and other restricted system functions are handled according to Jackpot's internal procedures, software permissions, and compliance requirements.
